Scope
Shaker kitchen, island & full-height larder wall
Collection
Display 3.
A Highgate semi opened into the side return, with a pitched skylight pulling morning light across the room. Our brief was a calm, classical shaker — cream around the edges, with a single weighted island at the centre.
Floor-to-ceiling cream shaker cabinetry conceals the fridge, larder and ovens behind panelled doors. The island is hand-painted in a soft sage, capped in honed quartz with a flush induction zone and a small bank of warming drawers. Patinated brass cup pulls and knobs throughout, with three hand-blown glass globe pendants overhead and a wide-board oak floor underfoot.
Within The Space
Drift through the room — the small moments that hold it together, caught up close.

A Quiet Wall.
Floor-to-ceiling cream shaker, panelled in flat plane. Fridge, larder, ovens — all of it tucked behind one calm surface.

Light from Above.
Three hand-blown glass globes hang low under the pitched skylight, washing the island in morning light.

Oak Underfoot.
Wide-board oak meets the painted shadow line at the base of the sage island. A small detail you feel barefoot.

In Their Words
“The skylight does the talking and the cabinetry just listens. Mornings in this room are a different thing entirely.”
